Senior Vice President of Customer Success

ContractPodAi is seeking a Senior Vice President of Customer Success to lead and scale its Customer Success function. This strategic role involves ensuring customers achieve desired outcomes and derive maximum value from ContractPodAi's products and services. The SVP will manage a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Implementation, Partners, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product and service improvements.
