This position is integral to embedding SEO strategies into Canva's Print product and growth initiatives, ensuring that high-intent users can easily find and convert on these products.

Key responsibilities include owning and executing Canva's Print SEO roadmap across various content surfaces, driving organic growth through transactional and commercial search journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Growth, Design, Analytics, and Content—to integrate SEO into product architecture and decision-making processes. Additionally, the role involves working with the international SEO Lead to develop scalable global frameworks as Print expands internationally, as well as scaling systems and workflows across technical SEO, experimentation, automation, and AI.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of SEO experience, preferably within product-led, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or marketplace environments. They should have a proven track record of leading strategic SEO initiatives focused on high-intent, conversion-driven search surfaces, and possess a deep understanding of technical SEO, structured data, scalable landing page frameworks, and commercial optimization. Strong analytical skills, the ability to tie SEO efforts to business metrics like revenue and user growth, and a proactive approach to initiative execution are essential. Curiosity about automation and AI, and how they can be leveraged to scale impact, is also highly valued.

These include equity packages to share in the company's success, an inclusive parental leave policy supporting all parents and carers, an annual Vibe & Thrive allowance for wellbeing, social connection, and office setup, as well as flexible leave options to recharge and support personal endeavors.

The company culture at Canva emphasizes achieving ambitious goals while fostering moments of magic, connectivity, and fun throughout the work experience. Employees are encouraged to take ownership of their roles, collaborate across teams, and contribute to Canva's mission of redefining how the world experiences design.
