The foundation currently manages nearly 200 active cases across the nation, underscoring its significant presence in constitutional litigation.

In this role, the attorney will generate and lead high-profile cases, contributing to the development and execution of PLF's strategic objectives. Responsibilities include identifying and litigating emerging separation of powers theories, delivering speeches, engaging with media, and publishing op-eds and scholarly articles on administrative and constitutional law. Collaboration with a team of top-notch attorneys is essential, with an emphasis on innovative thinking and resourceful execution to remain at the forefront of constitutional law in America.

Candidates should possess at least three years of litigation experience, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a passion for freedom and individual liberty. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, along with a willingness to travel. Experience with clerkships or work with state or federal agencies is advantageous. A deep understanding of the moral and constitutional basis for the Constitution’s structural protections is highly valued.
