Services Assistant

The Services Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the office's daily operations and fostering a collaborative environment.
In this full-time, permanent position, the Services Assistant will manage the reception area, coordinate meeting room bookings, and provide coverage for the Concierge, including answering and directing calls. Additional responsibilities encompass organizing catering and events, arranging couriers and deliveries, conducting online legal searches, managing the library, overseeing filing and archiving, and offering general office management support. The role also involves providing overflow administrative and secretarial assistance as needed.
Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in a legal or professional services setting, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-starter attitude, proficiency in IT and technical tools, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively are essential.
