Site Manager (Temporary)

BibliU is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at their campus store. This role involves managing inventory, assisting with sales and customer service, and maintaining the store environment. The Site Manager will report directly to the Store Manager and collaborate closely to ensure efficient store operations.

Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to identify their needs and providing appropriate solutions, driving store sales and profitability, performing opening and closing procedures, handling sales transactions, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring the security of cash and inventory. The Site Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of retail experience with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and sales. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom. A background check is mandatory.
