SMB Account Management Team Lead
Wolt is seeking an SMB Account Management Team Lead to oversee a team of six Account Managers responsible for approximately 600 small and medium-sized restaurant partners across Denmark. This role is pivotal in driving growth and enhancing the performance of our restaurant partners within the Danish market.
The Team Lead will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Account Managers. Key responsibilities include building robust relationships with partners to understand their needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving commercial performance across various strategic priorities such as Gross Order Value (GOV) growth, Wolt Ads, Promotions, Wolt Drive, and Storefront. Additionally, the role involves supporting the team in commercial negotiations and operational problem-solving, as well as fostering a positive work environment that enables the team to thrive and grow.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development. Experience in leading commercial team members, setting goals, coaching on performance, and holding them accountable for results is essential. Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen are required, with comfort in using dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance data to make decisions. Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Operations, and Support to deliver outcomes are also important. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
