Social & Influencer Group Director
The Social & Influencer Group Director at WPP Media is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and leading the agency's influencer marketing initiatives. The role also encompasses new business development, client portfolio growth, cross-agency collaboration, and ensuring best-in-class delivery of influencer campaigns. Additionally, the director will lead and develop a high-performing team, foster innovation, and drive data-driven optimization and ROI.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in influencer marketing and social media, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity. A proven track record of managing end-to-end P&L for a significant business unit, achieving revenue targets, and driving new business growth within an agency environment is essential. Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and C-suite level client relationship management are required, along with a deep understanding of the global creator economy and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
