Formlabs is seeking a Social Media and Community Operations Specialist to join their Global Marketing team in Budapest, Hungary. This hybrid role requires three days on-site per week and focuses on bridging Formlabs' innovative 3D printing technology with a global online community. The specialist will drive the affiliate program, manage social media operations, and expand the company's presence across specialized professional forums.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with content creators to develop editorial calendars that translate complex 3D printing workflows into high-quality, on-brand content. The role involves leading day-to-day operations in the Social Media Management tool, ensuring technical setup, tagging, and organization of outgoing content. Additionally, the specialist will manage the administrative side of social media, including link tracking, asset organization, and adherence to brand and technical standards before posts go live.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in social media operations, community management, or affiliate marketing within a technical or engineering-driven field. A strong technical understanding of digital fabrication and a genuine passion for 3D printing technology are essential. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit, along with a strong understanding of SEO and AEO principles, is required. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, with additional EMEA language skills considered a plus.
