Social Media Specialist (m/f/d)
Wellhub is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead its local social media strategy in Germany, focusing on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role involves planning, creating, and executing culturally relevant content, collaborating with regional and global marketing teams, creators, and partners to enhance brand presence and community engagement. The position is based in Munich and offers a hybrid work model.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing the social media content calendar for Germany, producing high-quality content by directing designers, photographers, and videographers, and building relationships with local influencers and wellbeing communities. The role also involves executing local activations, managing influencer collaborations, tracking analytics, and preparing performance reports. Collaboration with regional and global marketing stakeholders to adapt campaigns to local cultural contexts is essential.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in social media management, with a strong background in developing and executing local social media strategies across key platforms. Expertise in short-form video production, copywriting, and leveraging current platform trends is required. Strong relationship-building skills, experience managing influencer collaborations, and proficiency in social media analytics tools are essential. Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
