Software Engineer (AI Platform)
Conga is seeking a Software Engineer to join their AI Platform team, focusing on developing next-generation AI and GenAI products for enterprise clients. This role involves full development lifecycle responsibilities, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions. The AI Platform is central to Conga's offerings, powering features that assist customers in configuring deals, managing contracts, and driving revenue.
Key responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code in Python, utilizing frameworks such as FastAPI and Celery, and engaging in architectural discussions. The engineer will collaborate with product management to design features, automate workflows, and deploy services in a cloud environment. Experience with GitHub, JIRA, and DevOps principles is essential. Additionally, the role involves working across the AI development lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment, with a focus on generative AI techniques and MLOps.
Candidates should have a strong background in Python programming, object-oriented design, and REST APIs. Experience with testing frameworks like PyTest or Selenium, as well as familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and MLOps concepts, is advantageous. Proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP technologies, are also beneficial.
