Software Engineer - Autonomous Air System V&V

Key responsibilities include designing and developing modules in simulation and validation frameworks, writing high-performance Rust code for simulators and test infrastructure, and building tools for automated test coverage, fault injection, and regression testing. The role also involves collaborating closely with autonomy and systems teams to capture requirements and ensure simulation environments accurately represent real-world conditions, as well as debugging and profiling simulation performance to optimize for speed, determinism, and fidelity.
Candidates should have experience in simulation, testing, robotics frameworks, or autonomous driving, and be comfortable with complex systems and concurrency. Proficiency in writing modern, maintainable Rust code is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with others, including reviewing code and pair programming.
