Software Engineer - Frontend Autonomous Air System V&V
Helsing is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in frontend development to join our Autonomous Air System Verification and Validation (V&V) team. This role is integral to ensuring the reliability and performance of our AI-driven autonomous air systems, contributing directly to the protection of democratic values through advanced defense technologies.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that facilitate the testing and validation of autonomous air systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing intuitive dashboards, creating visualization tools for data analysis, and collaborating closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components seamlessly. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in frontend development, with proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience with data visualization libraries and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles are essential. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and a collaborative approach to software development are also required. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with experience in the defense or aerospace industry, is highly desirable.
