Software Engineer II - Organizations
Klaviyo is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the Organizations team within the Core Infrastructure - Identity & Organizations (Core IO) pillar. This team is responsible for managing the foundational aspects of identity, access, and organizational structures, ensuring seamless user experiences from login to permission enforcement. The Organizations team specifically focuses on developing and maintaining the data models and platform APIs that define customer accounts and their capabilities within Klaviyo.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining core account and organization features, including hierarchy management, account lifecycle, and multi-account experiences tailored for agencies and enterprise clients. Your work will involve building and evolving the organization hierarchy platform, contributing to policy infrastructure, supporting data residency and compliance initiatives, and collaborating with partner teams to ensure cohesive integration across the platform.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript. A strong understanding of data modeling, API design, and experience with backend or full-stack services in production is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern development workflows, and a collaborative mindset are also important for success in this role.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $116,000 to $174,000 USD, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
