Software Engineer Mobile, Web + Backend
Wolt is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Wolt+ subscription service team, which operates across 29 countries and is a key component of our business. This role offers the opportunity to work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with Backend, iOS, Android, and Web teams to enhance our subscription offerings and deliver value to our most loyal customers.
As a Software Engineer on the Wolt+ team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining features that improve the subscription experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include writing clean and efficient code, participating in code reviews, and working closely with product managers and designers to implement user-centric solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to leverage AI tools to streamline development processes and enhance product functionality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering principles and experience in building and shipping scalable software products. Proficiency in at least one of the following areas is required: Backend development, iOS, Android, or Web development. A genuine enthusiasm for AI-first development is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong communication skills and an ownership mentality are also key attributes for success in this role.
