Software Engineer - New Grad
As a Software Engineer at Scale AI, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to accelerating the development of AI applications. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and deploying tools to enhance the growth of contributors on Scale's labeling platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include building fraud-detection systems to maintain the integrity of the contributor base, creating advanced matching algorithms to optimize task assignments, and developing efficient UI/UX tooling combined with machine learning algorithms to facilitate complex tasks for a large user base.
Candidates should have a graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EECS, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Required qualifications include experience in product engineering, such as building full-stack web applications and integrating with relevant APIs and services. Previous internships in product or software engineering, a track record of shipping high-quality products at scale, and proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB are also essential.
Compensation packages at Scale AI include a base salary, equity, and benefits. The base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco is $124,000 to $155,000 USD. Additional benefits encompass comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, generous PTO, and potentially a commuter stipend.
