Software Implementation Specialist - Customer Onboarding
MetTel is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to join their operations team in Holmdel, New Jersey. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, facilitating their transition to MetTel's comprehensive suite of managed services. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to set up accounts and drive customer satisfaction from the outset.
Key responsibilities include proactively managing initial account setups to enhance client engagement, directing internal teams to streamline the onboarding process, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer escalations. The specialist will also be responsible for explaining and implementing contract terms, setting up and training clients on the customer portal, and delivering essential reports to prepare new client services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset with adept problem-solving capabilities. They should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally, exceptional time management, and the ability to multitask effectively. While telecommunications experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement for this role.
