Software Project Lead

As a Software Project Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end software development process, including system design, architecture, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with program managers, subject-matter experts, and optimization scientists to integrate analytics into the product and ensure secure delivery. Your role will also involve engaging directly with customers to gather requirements, define user experiences, and coordinate the transition from unclassified development to secure environments.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in building and shipping production software, with a proven track record of owning and delivering complete systems. Proficiency in front-end and data visualization engineering using modern component frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor is essential. Experience in leading software teams, managing project scopes, schedules, and risks, and ensuring alignment with technical visions is also required.
