Solicitor / Senior Solicitor - Construction Litigation

Russell McVeagh is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their Construction Litigation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of construction-related disputes, including contract issues, negligence claims, and regulatory matters. Applicants should possess a law degree and have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in construction litigation. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex legal cases are essential. Admission to the New Zealand Bar is required.
