Solution Consultant Intern

Mirakl, a leader in marketplace innovation, is seeking a Solution Consultant Intern to join their EMEA Solution Consulting team in Paris. This six-month internship, starting in January 2027, offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and growing company.

As a Solution Consultant Intern, you will support the end-to-end seller onboarding process on Mirakl Connect, initially handling simpler cases and progressing to more complex scenarios. Your role will involve guiding sellers through key onboarding steps, delivering tailored enablement sessions, and developing expertise in Catalog Transformer, Mirakl's AI-based catalogue management product. Additionally, you will contribute to scaling onboarding by creating and improving documentation, guides, and internal content, and by identifying opportunities for process and reporting automation.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a Master's programme at a business or engineering school, available for a six-month internship starting in January 2027. Applicants should have at least one previous internship or corporate experience, preferably in an enterprise environment, and a demonstrated interest in technology, SaaS platforms, or digital products. Familiarity with APIs, data, or automation tools is advantageous but not required.
