As a Solutions Architect at DataGrail, you will play a pivotal role in assisting organizations to manage privacy and AI risks in an increasingly automated world. You will be instrumental in helping customers operationalize modern privacy programs using DataGrail's agentic privacy platform, enabling them to automate workflows, scale compliance efforts, and build trust with confidence. This position is remote and reports to the Customer Success team.

In this role, you will lead the technical aspects of onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable integration architectures across APIs, webhooks, AI MCPs, databases, and mobile applications. You will guide customers through complex deployment decisions, translate business and technical requirements into maintainable solutions, and troubleshoot integration and data flow challenges. Additionally, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance the customer experience and scale technical delivery across the platform.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical implementation, or customer-facing engineering roles within SaaS environments. Strong experience in designing and supporting API-driven integrations and complex technical workflows is essential. Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and modern cloud architectures is required. Experience with databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure SQL is also necessary. Excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and experience leading customer-facing technical projects are critical for success in this role.

Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, a remote-first working environment, a 401(k) savings plan, parental leave, wellness benefits, flexible time off, paid holidays, and a work-from-home stipend. These benefits are subject to change.
