Additionally, the role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing employee-facing communications to enhance benefits understanding.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in benefits administration or HR. Proven expertise with Workday Benefits, including implementations and data conversions, is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also required. Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive process improvements.
