Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Visier Solutions Inc., you will play a pivotal role in bridging internal operations with product innovation. Collaborating closely with the People & Culture (P&C) leadership, you will transform complex workforce data into strategic narratives that drive our global business strategy. This position is based in our Yaletown office in downtown Vancouver.
Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a strategic consultant to the P&C team and senior leadership, independently managing large-scale projects, and leading the evaluation of our data models and workforce trends. Additionally, you will champion innovation by partnering with Product teams to drive technical changes, identify complex data signals, and influence new product features. Maintaining data integrity across platforms such as Workday and our proprietary Visier People Application will also be a key aspect of your role.
To be successful in this role, you should have over six years of experience in a BI or Data Analytics role within a SaaS or HR Tech environment. Advanced-level SQL skills and deep expertise in data visualization are essential. You should demonstrate the ability to work independently, applying advanced analysis to resolve complex situations, and have a proven track record of driving process or technical changes across a business. An advanced understanding of HR metrics and the HR tech stack, including platforms like Workday and Greenhouse, is also required.
Visier offers a fixed hybrid work model with three days a week in the office, modern pet-friendly downtown office spaces with collaborative areas and an on-site gym, and an annual company All Hands event in Vancouver. The base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 per year, plus bonus, along with top-tier health and wellness benefits, stock options, and generous paid time off, including volunteering days and extra days over the December holidays.
