Sr. Corporate Counsel, IP Enforcement

The Senior Corporate Counsel, IP Enforcement at The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) plays a pivotal role within the Legal department, focusing on intellectual property (IP) enforcement and anti-counterfeiting initiatives. Candidates should possess 8 to 10 years of experience in IP enforcement and litigation, hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, and maintain a bar license in good standing. A strong understanding of U.S. IP law, particularly in copyright and trademarks, is essential. The role requires strategic analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards. While prior knowledge of the Pokémon brand is advantageous, a demonstrated enthusiasm to learn about the brand is necessary.

The position offers a competitive salary range between $154,400 and $232,100 per year, with new hires typically starting between $154,400 and $183,500.
