Sr Corporate Paralegal

GHX, a leading provider of data management solutions and supply chain consulting services for the healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment, collaborating closely with key leaders to support corporate governance and transactional matters.

In this position, the Senior Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and organizing materials for Board and Committee meetings, managing corporate documents, and administering legal file management. The role also involves collaborating with in-house and outside counsel, assisting with corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, and facilitating the execution and management of various legal documents, including executive compensation documents and non-disclosure agreements.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience as a corporate paralegal, with at least three years in an in-house environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe is required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is also necessary.
