As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our top customers, guiding them from deployment through their entire journey to renewal. This role is integral to our Customer Success team, focusing on fostering strong relationships and ensuring clients fully realize the value of their investment in our cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the health of assigned accounts, developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and orchestrating Cato's post-sales motions. This encompasses conducting quarterly business reviews, assessing product adoption maturity, and managing renewals and upsell opportunities to drive customer growth and satisfaction.

We are seeking candidates with over five years of experience in Customer Success or sales roles within high-growth SaaS or technology vendors. A solid background in networking or security software solutions is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to listen effectively, understand customer needs, and provide sustainable solutions. The role demands strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working within a geographically distributed team and be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
