The Sr. Director of Product Engineering at SecurityScorecard will lead multiple squads within the Product Engineering organization, focusing on developing and enhancing end-user experiences for the company's software platform. This role is pivotal in maintaining the existing product suite, migrating products to the next-generation Titan platform, and spearheading an AI-first engineering transformation. The position is based in Queens, NY, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a globally distributed team of engineering managers and software engineers, overseeing the health and performance of SecurityScorecard's product suite, and driving the migration of existing products onto the Titan platform. The role also involves partnering with Product and Design teams to develop new features, modernizing data engineering infrastructure, and championing the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in software engineering and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large, distributed teams. Proficiency in modern software development practices, including Agile and DevOps, and experience with technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Scala, and Spark are essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also required.

SecurityScorecard offers a competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and more. The estimated total compensation range for this position is $200,000 to $275,000, with actual compensation based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. Employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity.
