The Sr. Director of Product Engineering at SecurityScorecard will lead multiple squads within the Product Engineering organization, overseeing the development and enhancement of the company's software platform. This role is pivotal in maintaining the existing product suite, migrating products to the next-generation Titan platform, and steering the organization through an AI-first engineering transformation. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a globally distributed team of 40–50 engineers, ensuring the health and performance of existing products, and driving the migration to the Titan platform. The role also involves partnering with Product and Design teams to develop new features, overseeing data engineering modernization efforts, and championing the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing the product engineering budget are also essential aspects of the position.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large, distributed teams. Proficiency in modern software development practices, including Agile and DevOps, and experience with technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Scala, and Spark are required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with cybersecurity principles.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $200,000–$275,000, with actual compensation based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
