The Sr. Director of Product Engineering at SecurityScorecard will lead multiple squads within the Product Engineering organization, overseeing the development and enhancement of the company's software platform. This role is pivotal in maintaining the existing product suite, migrating products to the next-generation Titan platform, and steering the organization through an AI-first engineering transformation. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a globally distributed team of 40–50 engineers, ensuring the health and performance of the current product suite, and managing the migration of existing products onto the Titan platform. The role also involves collaborating with Product and Design teams to develop new features, overseeing data engineering efforts to modernize infrastructure, and championing the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large, distributed teams. Proficiency in modern software development practices, such as Agile and DevOps, and experience with technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Scala, and Spark are essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also required.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $200,000–$275,000, with actual compensation based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
