Firework is seeking a highly-driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Hong Kong and the Greater China region. As a leader in AI-powered video commerce, Firework partners with global brands and retailers to revolutionize connected commerce by bringing the energy of in-store experiences online. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-growth, team-centric environment where innovation and collaboration drive success.

In this position, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to closing and account expansion. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise accounts across multiple industries, preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demos, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful integration and customer experiences. You will also be expected to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their business objectives and delivering value to meet assigned revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in full-cycle enterprise-level sales, with a proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in solution-based selling, complex sales methodologies, and consultative approaches is essential. Strong communication skills are required to effectively present to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives. Experience with various sales tools and technologies, such as Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn, is also necessary. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
