Sr. Icertis Consultant
Cognizant is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing processes using the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform. The position offers a hybrid work model based in San Francisco, CA, with flexibility for remote work within the United States.
The Senior Icertis Consultant will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of contract management processes utilizing the ICM platform. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as legal, procurement, finance, and operations to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations within ICM. The role also involves configuring and customizing ICM to meet specific business needs, including workflows, templates, and reporting functionalities.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Management platform is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful cross-functional projects, excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to contract documentation and management. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to contract management, such as GDPR and SOX, is preferred.
The annual salary for this position ranges between $138,000 and $162,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of applicable plans.
