Sr. IT Systems Engineer

Carrot is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to design, scale, and secure the identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms that support our global, remote-first workforce. This role involves setting the technical direction for employee and device connections to Carrot systems, while engaging in hands-on tooling, automation, and complex problem-solving to ensure IT reliability at scale. The position is central to IT engineering, leading initiatives from design through rollout, collaborating closely with Information Security on zero-trust and compliance priorities, and enhancing team standards, documentation, and mentorship.
