Job Description

OXIO is seeking a Senior Logistics & Operations Program Manager to lead and scale our U.S.-based logistics and operational execution in support of business growth. This role is critical to building strong client and vendor partnerships, designing and implementing scalable logistics processes, and driving operational efficiency across distribution, inventory, and compliance.

In this role, you will set the operational standard for U.S. market execution and serve as a model for future geographic expansion. You will own complex, cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into execution, and proactively identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve delivery speed, and enhance client experience.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

- Own and optimize distribution channels supporting U.S.-based clients, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and service quality.

- Plan and manage OXIO’s day-to-day supply and delivery operations, including long-haul and last-mile logistics across U.S. markets.
