Sr. Manager, Account Executives - Expansion

Engine is seeking a Senior Manager for Account Executives in Expansion to lead a team of quota-carrying, executive-facing Account Executives responsible for driving expansion revenue across the company's customer base. This role involves setting standards for pipeline discipline, executive access, and deal execution, coaching Account Executives to consistently meet quotas, and collaborating with sales leadership on territory strategy and expansion initiatives. The Senior Manager will also serve as an executive sponsor on high-value opportunities and play a key role in developing the next generation of frontline sales leaders at Engine.
