Sr. Manager Digital Workplace
The Senior Manager, Digital Workplace at Legend Biotech leads the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace technologies to ensure a seamless, secure, and productive employee experience. This role is part of the Information Technology team based in Bridgewater, NJ, and focuses on workplace automation and the ServiceNow platform to enhance employee engagement and streamline IT and business processes.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the enterprise Digital Workspace strategy aligned with organizational goals and modern workplace trends. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM). Additionally, the Senior Manager will manage demand intake, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer, are preferred. The position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in digital workplace technologies, and experience in managing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
