Sr. Manager, GTM Analytics
The Senior Manager of Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics at PitchBook Data will lead a team of analysts and insight professionals, transforming GTM data into strategic assets. This role is integral to the Revenue Operations department, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Enterprise Data teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a foundational leader, the Senior Manager will shape the team's structure, hiring trajectory, and standards of excellence.
Key responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team of GTM analytics professionals. The Senior Manager will establish team operating rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and delivery standards that balance rigor with speed. They will develop a deep understanding of PitchBook’s full GTM motion, including lead-to-opportunity, pipeline, renewal, expansion, and churn, and how each stage is operationally executed across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Additionally, the role involves partnering with GTM Operations, Commercial Ops, and Marketing Ops to stay current on process changes, system updates, and evolving definitions that affect data interpretation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GTM processes and operations, with experience in leading and developing teams. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Salesforce is essential, along with a deep understanding of data structures and flows within GTM systems. The Senior Manager should possess excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying process gaps and a commitment to continuous improvement are also crucial.
