Sr. Manager, Label Management

The Orchard is a leading full-service music distribution company operating in 48 markets worldwide, servicing top global independent artists and labels. As a Sr. Manager in Label Management, you will serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining positive and productive relationships with labels. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of local and international physical distribution, managing approvals and updates for digital and physical releases, and providing guidance on best practices and metadata requirements. You will collaborate with labels and internal departments to develop, communicate, and execute new release and catalog strategies, working closely with finance, marketing, legal, and other teams to meet all label business needs.
