Sr. Manager of IT & Operations
Osano, a B-Corporation dedicated to data privacy, is seeking a Sr. Manager of IT & Operations to oversee its internal technology environment. This remote role reports directly to executive leadership and is pivotal in managing IT operations, corporate technology infrastructure, and enhancing systems, security, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, operationally excellent, and prepared to assume strategic responsibilities as the company grows.
Key responsibilities include managing internal IT operations such as endpoint management, identity and access, SaaS administration, and corporate infrastructure. The role also involves developing and executing an IT roadmap aligned with company growth, managing the IT budget, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will collaborate with department leads and the executive team to resolve operational bottlenecks and support the needs of a growing, distributed team.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in IT, systems administration, or technical operations, with at least one to two years in a lead or managerial role within a SaaS or startup environment. Technical competencies required include hands-on experience with identity and access management, mobile device management, SAML/SSO, Google Workspace administration, and scripting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in both terminal and admin console environments and possess a strong operational focus, measuring success by uptime, resolution time, and employee experience.
