The role involves leading complex, cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that drive business value, developing and executing product and program roadmaps, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure strategic alignment and user-centric product development.

The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of experience in product management, solution architecture, software engineering, or technology operations within a large, multi-national corporation, along with at least 3 years of direct people management experience. A deep understanding of legal operations, legal document management, legal workflow automation, eDiscovery, contract lifecycle management, compliance, risk management, and IP management tools is essential. Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and experience partnering with in-house counsel, compliance teams, privacy officers, and external legal partners are also required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $188,400 to $252,600 per year, with the actual base pay considering factors like internal equity, geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and/or long-term incentive units, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
