Sr Paralegal, Commercial, Litigation and IP
The Senior Paralegal position at Life360 involves supporting the commercial contracting, litigation, and intellectual property teams. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this role requires strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to manage a high volume of requests in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include managing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) through negotiation and execution, supporting commercial contracting activities such as sales, procurement, and business development, and overseeing contract version control, signatures, archiving, and renewal tracking. The role also entails managing and updating online terms, templates, and commercial playbooks, as well as drafting and managing contract terminations and correspondence. Additionally, the Senior Paralegal will create and manage dockets and files for the company's worldwide intellectual property portfolio, support brand protection matters, and manage the company's DMCA compliance program.
Candidates must reside in the Pacific time zone and hold a bachelor's degree in business, pre-law, or a related field. A minimum of four years of paralegal experience, including at least one year in-house at a consumer technology company, is required. Significant hands-on experience with contract management processes and tools for redlining, e-signature, and archiving is essential, with a preference for experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Familiarity with litigation processes and docketing, as well as experience creating processes and templates for common issues, is preferred. Experience with using and implementing AI tools is a plus.
The U.S.-based salary range for this position is $130,000 to $178,000, with the final salary determined based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
