Sr. Procurement Business Partner
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Business Partner to help Lemonade buy smarter and scale responsibly as we grow. You’ll own the full procurement process and work closely with teams across the company, with a strong focus on negotiating smart SaaS and technology deals, optimizing spend, and supporting the business as it scales.
This role goes beyond contracts and pricing. You’ll spend real time learning how teams work and why, the tools they use, and why those tools matter in order to secure the best deals for Lemonade. You’ll also leverage technology, automation, and AI to make procurement faster, simpler, and more effective.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with teams across Lemonade to learn and understand their needs and help them choose the right vendors and tools
- Lead negotiations for (mostly) SaaS, cloud, and technology agreements, securing fair pricing, strong terms, and long-term value
- Own the full procurement flow, from intake and evaluation through contracting and ongoing vendor management
- Leverage procurement tools, automation, and AI-powered insights to improve efficiency and data driven decision-making
- Use spend data, benchmarks, and market insight to find savings and improve commercial outcomes
- Build strong relationships by learning how teams work end-to-end, the tools they rely on, and where procurement can remove friction
