Sr. Product Designer

HopSkipDrive is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead complex design initiatives across its marketplace, software, and internal systems. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $163,000 per year.

In this role, you will lead strategic design initiatives, define UX patterns, and ensure consistency across products. You will conduct strategic design research, integrate user feedback and data analysis into product decisions, and design high-quality AI-powered product features. Additionally, you will mentor other designers, facilitate design workshops, and communicate design rationale to executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of product design experience, advanced UX/UI design skills, and experience establishing and maintaining design standards and scalable design systems. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, experience in designing for mobile and web platforms, and the ability to integrate user research and data analysis into strategic product decisions are essential.
