THE TEAM

The Onchain Product team is building the next generation of financial products at Kraken, leveraging blockchain infrastructure to deliver faster, more transparent, and globally accessible financial services.
The team sits at the intersection of crypto, DeFi, and traditional finance, owning products that enable customers to earn yield, access tokenized assets, interact with onchain protocols, and participate in the emerging onchain economy. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Legal, and Partnerships, the team is responsible for identifying new opportunities, bringing innovative products to market, and helping position Kraken at the forefront of onchain finance.

THE OPPORTUNITY

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligned to customer needs and company goals

- Own the wallet experience end-to-end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions

- Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on-chain functionality into simple, user-friendly products.

- Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high-impact features

- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration

- Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement

- Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends to inform product direction
