Candidates must have proven project management experience in digital asset management environments, with 3-5 years in blockchain, exchange, or brokerage settings. Strong UI/UX design skills, demonstrated through a relevant portfolio, are required. Familiarity with dashboard design, decentralized finance (DeFi) products, and proficiency in integrating diverse data sources are essential. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are also necessary.
