Sr. UX Designer, Connect

The Senior UX Designer, Connect, at PlayStation Global, will lead the design of user experiences across PlayStation's complex cross-platform ecosystem, focusing on account management, identity services, and safety features. This role is integral to ensuring seamless player onboarding and engagement across console, web, and companion applications.

Key responsibilities include translating intricate technical constraints and policy requirements into intuitive, secure, and scalable user journeys. The designer will define and evolve interaction models, navigation patterns, and UI frameworks to ensure consistency and usability across diverse player segments and regions. Collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Trust and Safety, Legal, and Customer Support teams is essential to shape roadmap strategies and ensure cohesive platform experiences.

Candidates should possess a BA/BS in a relevant design field or equivalent experience, along with over 5 years of product or UX design experience, including platform or systems-level work. A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design and experience shipping complex, multi-surface experiences is required. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience in service design, user research, and usability testing are also essential.
