Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems, including practical AI red teaming against large language models (LLMs), agentic workflows, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, is essential. A strong foundation in application security principles, threat modeling, secure design, and identity and access control is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to build tools and automation with a developer mindset and have experience influencing senior engineers and cross-functional stakeholders across product, legal, and compliance teams.
The target base salary range for this position is $239,200 to $270,000, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes stock options and benefits. Spring Health offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits starting on the first day of employment, access to One Medical accounts, employer-sponsored 401(k) match of up to 2%, and a yearly allotment of no-cost visits to the Spring Health network of therapists, coaches, and medication management providers for employees and their dependents.
