Staff Analytics, Product & Marketing
EarnIn is seeking a Staff Analyst to collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and product leadership to drive user growth and engagement. This role involves shaping and executing the analytics strategy, mentoring the team, and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into actionable insights. The primary objective is to design and implement AI-driven workflows that enhance analytics operations, proactively surface insights, and scale decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include building AI-driven analytics agents to automate workflows such as experimentation readouts, funnel diagnostics, anomaly detection, and business reviews. The Staff Analyst will also develop and maintain frameworks for experimentation, causal measurement, and product analytics that support various aspects of user engagement, including acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and lifetime value. Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing measurement and modeling approaches across paid, owned, and product surfaces, utilizing techniques like uplift modeling, causal inference, and experimentation rigor.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in analytics or data science, with strong technical skills in SQL, Python, experimentation, and statistical modeling. Experience in building AI-driven analytics workflows, such as large language models (LLMs), agents, or automation, is essential. A solid background in product and growth analytics, including areas like activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, is required. Proficiency in causal inference, uplift modeling, and experimentation frameworks is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to operate as a high-leverage individual contributor, partnering closely with executives and cross-functional leaders, and possess excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $215,000 to $263,000, plus equity and benefits. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office work two days a week.
