Staff Application Engineer, Salesforce

Mozilla is seeking a Staff Application Engineer to architect, build, and manage the Salesforce platform supporting sales and revenue operations across its enterprise product lines. This role offers the opportunity to develop the Salesforce Sales Cloud from the ground up, collaborating with an implementation partner through the go-live phase and subsequently taking full ownership of the platform. The position also involves integrating AI capabilities, reimagining user experiences, and developing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to enable secure access to CRM data via AI assistants and agentic workflows.
