The company is seeking a Staff Attorney to provide corporate legal support, focusing on commercial contracts, housing agreements, leases, fair housing matters, vendor and resident disputes, litigation coordination, and acquisitions.

In this role, the Staff Attorney will draft, negotiate, and review various commercial contracts and real estate documents, including housing agreements and leases. They will advise paralegals and property management staff, respond to escalated resident complaints and disputes, coordinate with external counsel on litigation matters, and perform legal due diligence for potential acquisitions.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited institution, be admitted to the bar of at least one U.S. state, and have 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in multifamily housing. Experience with Fair Housing law is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems is also required.
