Staff Data Analyst (Rocket Growth)

The Staff Data Analyst position at Coupang's Rocket Growth team focuses on enhancing the quality, availability, and depth of data essential for informed business decisions. The analyst will also mentor junior data analysts, fostering their professional development.

Candidates should possess over eight years of experience in data analytics, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. Strong skills in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau are essential for effectively communicating insights. A solid understanding of data management principles and business-level fluency in English are also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with data engineering tools such as GitHub and Airflow, a strong foundation in statistics and machine learning techniques, and prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or AdTech industries.

Coupang offers a hybrid work model, requiring employees to work at least three days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week, depending on role requirements. This model fosters collaboration while providing flexibility to employees.
