The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in User Experience, Design, or a STEM field, or a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path. A minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design, with a strong portfolio of B2B/enterprise products, is required. Solid understanding of cloud computing and networking fundamentals, experience designing for developers and operations teams, strong information architecture skills, and proficiency in user research methodologies are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences are also important.
